I'm Kell and I have a passion for designing houses in FFXIV. I currently specialize in doing small houses utilizing both floors to give a comfortable, custom space just for you.

I also do single- and multi-floor builds in larger sizes and use a variety of themes. Though I lean towards nature or cozy-home builds, I can do whatever you desire for your space!

Small - 10,000,000 gil

Apt/FC Room guidance¹ - 2,000,000 gil

¹ As apartments/fc rooms cannot be decorated by another person, this service offers advice on existing/partial builds all the way up to doing a design in MakePlace to show you what I think would look good. I am also able to offer the save file should you wish to utilize it, but this carries a small additional cost.

Deposit: Before starting actual design work on your home, there's a non-refundable² 25% deposit. This covers the unlikely circumstance that partway through the build, things don't work out so that my time is still compensated. No payment is needed until we have worked out what you want for the build, but will be needed (along with any agreed on furniture budget) before the build can start.

Furniture Costs: This pricing does not include cost of furnishings. Please let me know if you'd prefer to provide a budget to purchase furniture or if you plan to craft the needed items for me. It can be quicker and easier for my to use the Marketboard (I will be sure to check other worlds to get the lowest prices I can), but if you'd like to craft for me I can provide a basic assets list to start me off with. I do usually suggest that the furniture budget be around the deposit value - any additional would be returned upon completion!

² If circumstances, such as my schedule, prevent me from ever starting then this money would be refunded in full!

Commissions are currently closed as I finish some personal commitments and spend some time actually playing the game! I plan to re-open in mid to late April!

I usually make a mock-up of part of my planned design in Makeplace. I use this to get ideas "on paper" without wasting your funds, usually building out a framework to test things like windows and see how many item slots I'd have left if I went for something ambitious in one section. This is also what I use for Apartment and FC Room help! (If you would like me to do a Makeplace design for you and provide the save file, this can be discussed.)

I do not use any third party tools in the actual build-out. I prefer doing things the more hands on way as it's more fulfilling! But I do feel that disclosing this part of my process is important :)
